Shipping Delays

Due to the recent government shutdown, customs clearance processes at U.S. ports have been severely delayed, extending beyond our initial estimates. Additionally, the ongoing and ever-evolving tariff situation between China and the United States continues to introduce significant supply chain uncertainties, further complicating logistics and contributing to these setbacks.

Please know that we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Our team is working tirelessly to minimize disruptions—we are in constant communication with U.S. Customs, our shipping carriers, and our manufacturing partners to expedite resolutions and get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

To provide some context on our preorder process: We only open preorders for products that are already in production or have completed manufacturing and are simply awaiting delivery. We also build in an extra week to our estimated shipping dates as a buffer for potential hiccups. However, with the complexity and high demand surrounding some of our more advanced products, even a single component facing an unusual delay can ripple through the entire supply chain.
