Shipping Policies

SWYFT Robotics facilities are closed on weekends and holidays. If you place an order during these times, it will be added to our shipping queue on the next available business day.

Warehouse Locations

  • Standard Orders: All orders (excluding large machines) are processed and shipped from SWYFT Headquarters located in Plano, TX 75075.

  • Large Machinery: Shipping for large machines may be handled via specialized freight; details will be provided at the time of purchase.

Processing Times

Our operating days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the USA.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST: Typically ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST: Every effort will be made to ship these the same day; however, they may be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Estimates & Carriers

Shipping services and transportation costs can be estimated in your cart and will be finalized at checkout.

  • Carrier Availability: Available carriers and service levels are determined by your shipping address.

  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Notifications: Once your order has been processed and shipped, a notification with tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your account.


Incomplete or Damaged Orders

Upon arrival, please thoroughly inspect your shipment for any discrepancies. If you find any shortages or damaged goods, please document them immediately, including taking photos of both the shipping carton and the damaged items.

After documentation, please notify SWYFT Robotics at support@swyftrobotics.com (or your designated sales email) within 24-48 hours. In your notification, include all relevant details such as your order number, tracking number, and a clear description of the issue.

Delays & Force Majeure

Delays arising from customs inspections, natural disasters, government restrictions, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. In such situations, we will make every effort to assist; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times once the package has left our facility.

Tracking & Transit Time

Tracking information is automatically sent via email after a package has shipped. Transit times are calculated based on business days and geographical location, commencing on the day the order is shipped. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed for standard or international shipping methods.
