What this policy covers

It covers personal information we collect when you browse or buy on this storefront — including Shopify-hosted checkout, Shopify Inbox live chat, purchase-order requests, tax-exempt certificates, and Notify Me restock alerts. It does not cover third-party sites we link to (for example docs or payment wallets) that have their own policies.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, school or team name, order history, and messages you send us. Checkout and payment details are processed by Shopify (and its payment providers) — we do not store full card numbers on this site. Purchase-order packets and tax-exempt certificates you email or upload are used to qualify and fulfill those orders. Notify Me collects the email (and optional variant) you submit so we can tell you when that item is back. Shopify Inbox collects the conversation and any contact details you type into chat so our team can reply.

How we use it

We use this information to take and fulfill orders, ship freight and parcel shipments, process purchase orders and tax-exempt requests, send restock notices you asked for, answer support questions (including via Shopify Inbox), prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax recordkeeping duties. We do not use Notify Me or tax-exempt documents for unrelated marketing.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do share it with service providers who process it on our behalf — Shopify (store, checkout, customer accounts, and Inbox live chat), shipping carriers, and email delivery for transactional mail such as order confirmations and restock alerts. Those providers may only use the information to perform those services.

Cookies and similar technology

The storefront and Shopify checkout use cookies and similar storage for a working cart, sign-in, and basic analytics. Shopify Inbox may set its own cookies to keep a chat session. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some of them may break checkout or chat.

How long we keep it

Order, tax-exempt, and purchase-order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, warranty, accounting, and legal retention. Notify Me emails are kept until the item is back in stock and we have notified you, or you ask us to remove the request. Chat transcripts are retained in Shopify Inbox according to that service’s settings and our support needs.

Your choices

Email support@swyftrobotics.com to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, to withdraw a Notify Me request, or to ask questions about this policy. You can also close a chat without leaving contact details. Some records we must keep for tax or legal reasons even after a deletion request.

Children

This store sells to teams, schools, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact support@swyftrobotics.com and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below is the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
