Shipping Information

How and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Processing times

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST typically ship the same day; orders after 2:00 PM CST ship the same day when possible, otherwise the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders enter the queue on the next business day.

Where orders ship from

Standard orders ship from our headquarters in Plano, TX 75075. Large machinery (laser cutters, CNC routers) may ship via specialized freight — those details are provided at purchase.

Rates & delivery estimates

Carriers and shipping costs vary by delivery address. They're calculated in your cart and finalized at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Transit times are estimated in business days from the ship date and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a notification with tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your account.

Damaged, incomplete, or delayed shipments

Inspect your order on arrival. For any incomplete or damaged shipment, document the issue with photos and email support@swyftrobotics.com within 24–48 hours with your order and tracking numbers. Delays arising from customs inspections, natural disasters, government restrictions, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
