A 30-day return window for unused, uncut, unmodified parts. Email us to start — don't ship anything back first.
Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
Parts must be unused, uncut, and unmodified, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This is robotics hardware — we do not use apparel rules such as “unworn,” hang-tags, perishable goods, or personal-care items to decide a return.
How to start a return
Email support@swyftrobotics.com with your order number to start a return. If we accept it, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Freight machines
Laser cutters, CNC routers, and other freight machines are not a standard parcel return. Contact support@swyftrobotics.com before you ship or refuse a machine so we can arrange inspection, pickup, or a replacement. Do not send a machine back on your own.
Non-returnable items
Custom-built SWYFT FRC bumpers are made to order and are not returnable. Gift cards, cut or modified parts, and items returned without a prior request are also not returnable. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items are handled under the section below — contact us.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can evaluate it and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and — once that return is accepted — place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact support@swyftrobotics.com.
