Designed by SWYFT Robotics, these collars focus on the popular 1/2" hex variant for versatile motion systems, with optional support for other axles, ensuring strong holds and easy integration into drivetrains, mechanisms, and custom builds.

Key Features

• 1/2" Hex Focus: Tailored for the most common axle type, with two specialized variants: a high-strength clamping hub and an ultra-lightweight collar.
• High-Strength Clamping Hub (1/2" Hex): Two-piece design allows easy installation anywhere on the axle; features 6x tapped 10-32 holes for mounting gears, pulleys, arms, and more; clamping uses 10-32 socket head screws for superior hold (no more 8-32 screws).
• Ultra-Lightweight Option (1/2" Hex): Weighs just 5g (0.01 lb) with an incredibly thin 6mm (0.24 in) thickness, secured by a single M3 socket head screw for minimal added mass.
• Durable Construction: Machined from Aluminum 6061 for strength and corrosion resistance; 1/2" hex variants are black anodized.

• Designed to fit 15T Spline, 7mm Hex, SplineXS, and 8mm Round shafts.

• 8mm Clamping Variant: Uses an M3 socket head screw to apply even pressure. This design prevents burring, keeping your expensive shafts smooth and easy to reuse.

• 8mm Set Screw Variant: Our most compact 8mm option, featuring dual M4 set screws for a low-profile, balanced hold.
