• Smooth and Durable Construction: Custom aluminum extrusions with integrated steel balls ensure smooth telescoping action and exceptional durability.
• Powered Bidirectional Movement: The first stage is driven by a rack and pinion setup with a real 10DP gear profile milled directly into the tube (no more rounded out holes for higher torque and better reliability), while the second stage utilizes a cascading rope and pulley system with new steel rope pulleys to keep the rope centered, all neatly enclosed in the 2" x 1" profile.
• Ultra-Compact Footprint: Maximize your robot's space with the elevator's slim 2" x 1" profile (excluding top plates).
• Lightweight Design: Our elevator's exceptionally lightweight design saves significant weight compared to other FRC elevators, giving you more freedom for other components.
• Comprehensive Kit: Includes all necessary components for 2 stages except for a motor (and its gearbox).
• Versatile Mounting Options: Securely attach the elevator to your robot using a variety of 10-32 tapped holes and through holes.
• Powerful Compatibility: Effortlessly drive the elevator with a 1/2" hex axle, featuring an 8mm thick steel 10DP gear with large teeth for higher load capacity and no more rounding of hex shafts.
• Upgraded Rope System: 1/8" UHMWPE pre-stretched rope rated at 2500 lb average breaking strength (increased from 1000 lb in V1), with 2x rope clamping blocks using 12x 10-32 socket head screws for easier and more reliable clamping, and an inner rope attachment with rounded fillets to reduce rope fraying.
• Higher Strength Hardware: Includes higher strength socket head screws for the extrusion and a drill adapter for easy assembly.
• Secure End Attachment Block: Now with 2x screws in shear and 4x screws in pullout, keeping it very secure under intense stress.
• Configurable Stages: Choose between 1 and 2 stages for your setup (all elevators ship with 2 stages); the end attachment block supports both configurations for flexibility.
• Improved Cable Management: The first stage includes a "hat" for easy cable routing and organization.
