Material & Application Guide

  • 304 Stainless Steel — The strongest shafts in the lineup. Ideal for high-load, high-stress applications such as large arms and heavy mechanisms.
  • 7075 Aluminum — Excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Strong enough for nearly all tasks while keeping weight low. Perfect balance for most robots.
  • 6061 Aluminum — Lightweight with center holes for easy modification. Best suited for lower-load applications like intakes and light mechanisms. Also great for standoffs
