Our return and refund policy — what's eligible, how to start a return, and when to expect your refund.
Return window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging with any tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email support@swyftrobotics.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items can't be returned: perishable goods, custom products, personal-care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and — once the return is accepted — make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to the same eligibility conditions above.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact support@swyftrobotics.com.
