  • Versatile Thicknesses: Available in 1.75mm, 3mm, and 6mm to suit various structural needs, from lightweight panels to robust, rigid frames.

  • Superior Strength and Lightweight: Full-density SRPP (Self-Reinforced Polypropylene) in 1.75mm and 3mm thickness provides outstanding durability with dramatically reduced weight (density: 0.93 g/cm³). The 6mm variant maximizes rigidity and lowers weight even further (density: 0.51 g/cm³) through an innovative structural foam core.

  • Fabrication-Friendly: The 6mm composite is specifically designed to be easier to laser cut. Recommended Cutting Settings: Use an 80W or 100W CO2 laser at 15mm/sec speed, 70% power, and 1 pass for clean, efficient results. (See CO2 Laser Cutters)

  • Black Composite Finish

  • Material: SRPP (Self-Reinforced Polypropylene); 1.75mm and 3mm are full density SRPP. The 6mm thickness features 1mm SRPP skins on either side of a high-density structural foam core.
