Warranty Information
Warranty coverage for SWYFT laser cutters and CNC machines. What is covered, how long, and how to file a claim.
What is covered
Every SWYFT machine includes a manufacturer warranty on parts and labor for defects present at the time of delivery or that develop under normal operating conditions. This includes the laser tube, Ruida controller, stepper motors, power supply, and included accessories.
What is not covered
Normal wear items such as lens, mirrors, and focus nozzle consumables are not covered under warranty. Damage caused by improper ventilation, coolant failure, running prohibited materials, physical damage, or unauthorized modification is not covered. Warranty is void if the safety enclosure interlock is bypassed or defeated.
Warranty period
Warranty period begins on the date of delivery to your shipping address. Contact support@swyftrobotics.com for specific coverage duration for your machine model. Extended coverage is available — contact us to discuss options.
How to file a claim
Email support@swyftrobotics.com with your order number, machine model, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the problem. We will respond within one business day and coordinate with our fulfillment partner to arrange repair or replacement.
Shipping for warranty service
For valid warranty claims, SWYFT coordinates return shipping and service at no cost to you. Do not ship any machine without first receiving a Return Authorization from support. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
International and remote locations
Warranty service for customers in remote locations or outside the continental US may require additional coordination. Contact support before ordering if you have concerns about service availability in your area.
Full warranty terms are included with every machine. If you did not receive your warranty documentation, contact support@swyftrobotics.com and we will resend it.
